Our web site grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the Event Calendar Newsletter Pro plugin and other products sold through our website (https://eventcalendarnewsletter.test) by 7184948 Canada Inc (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms of Service (the “license”) issued by our company.
1. Plugin Licensing
PHP and HTML is licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
2. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available to customers who have purchased a license but are limited to the number of installs specified on the corresponding pricing page. Installs can be deactivated upon request to free up install usage.
Updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year you may purchase a license renewal to continue receiving product updates and use the product.
You may not resell access to your account or your license key. All licenses are reserved for individual use and may not be shared by several individuals.
3. Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then login to "Your Account" to receive support. A valid license is required in order to download the plugin.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of 7184948 Canada Inc. They are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
5. Site Content
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on eventcalendarnewsletter.test is the property of 7184948 Canada Inc. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advance. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 7184948 Canada Inc.
6. Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with our product or service, simply let us know within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund 100% of your money. We may ask you for feedback on the plugin and appreciate the opportunity to help solve any problem you have. Refunds do not apply to product updates or annual renewals. No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
7. Lowest Price Guarantee
If you find that we’re offering a lower price (e.g. a coupon code) within 60 days of your purchase, let us know and we’ll refund you the difference.
8. Support
7184948 Canada Inc offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We do not provide support services for WordPress itself, for customization, or for other WordPress plugins we have not developed.
Support is offered via a license key. Purchasing a license key gives you access to our support services.
Support and automatic product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year, renewing your license or purchasing a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support, product updates, and premium functionality.
Support and updates for plugins sold are provided as long as the plugin is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, 7184948 Canada Inc will no longer be responsible for providing support for the plugin:
- The plugin is no longer actively developed as a viable product under 7184948 Canada Inc.
- The plugin or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
- WordPress is no longer actively developed.
While we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Only the license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources.
License holders are not permitted to re-post support content or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the support license and all access to support content and product updates will be discontinued.
9. Transactional Emails
7184948 Canada Inc may on occasion send you email notifications related to your plugin licenses. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchases.
10. Price Changes
7184948 Canada Inc reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change.
11. Warranty
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. 7184948 Canada Inc shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products or support.
Our plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee they will function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss or other damages that may occur as a result of installing our plugins.
12. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada without regard to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof.
