Event Calendar Newsletter now works with EventKoi, both EventKoi Lite and EventKoi Pro.
If your events are already in EventKoi, generate the newsletter from them the same way as the other calendars. Pick the date range, choose which EventKoi calendars to include, and generate the email. Leave every calendar unchecked to pull all events. Cancelled events are left out. Recurring events are expanded, so each occurrence in that range is listed on its own date.
These details can go in the template:
- Title, description, and excerpt
- Start and end date and time, including all-day events
- Location name, address, city, state, postal code, country, and website
- Featured image and a link to the event
- Cost, whether RSVP is turned on, and an iCal link
- Virtual event URL
- Calendar color, and which calendar the event belongs to
- The recurrence summary, when the event repeats
Update to the latest version, then open Event Calendar Newsletter and select EventKoi. It is listed on the features page.
